Matej Kržič

Matej Kržič is a professor of geography and history. He has many years of experience in the field of exploration and protection of caves and karst, passed the exam for caver, cave guide for tourist caves, local tourist guide and nature interpreter. He is active in the field of regional tourism management, organization of workshops and events for various target groups in the field of tourism, self-sufficiency and protection of nature and cultural heritage.

It grows as trees, stalactites, stories and mushrooms grow. Through regular meditative running, when he was closest to the most beautiful dreams and the darkest depths of life, he realized what was really important to him in life. He has become different and he follows suit. He simply loves nature, he feels deeply connected to it. He prefers to be alone, on dark nights he listens to the announcements of wild animals in meadows and forests or searches for new halls in untouched underground caves with a flashlight.

He shares personal life experiences and experiences in nature with children, families and small groups. Join him in discovering and experiencing nature and the heritage of our ancestors who lived away from the hustle and bustle of cities, polluted air and industrially processed food.
