Štorja welcomes you with an exceptional feeling of warmth and homeliness, which is conjured by the combination of a rustic ambience and delicious flavors of authentic local delicacies. They specialize in preparing unconventional dishes that emphasize the culinary art of the chef and his team. They tell a story and share flavor combinations, using fresh seasonal and preferably sustainable ingredients.

The range of wines they offer has been developed gradually, as a result of practical research by their sommeliers, who personally visit the winemakers to understand the context in which each individual wine is created. Respect for nature is at the core of Štorja’s philosophy, and their approach to wine is no different. They offer more than 100 premium wines from Slovenian and foreign winemakers. Upon prior reservation, they also conduct wine tastings.
